Delivery costs/methods

Delivery in Sweden via the postal service or DHL. Packages lighter than 20 kg can be collected from the nearest distribution point. Door-to-door delivery can be arranged for consignments above 20 kg. This service costs SEK 125 and includes telephone notification. Shipping costs are based on weight tariffs in accordance with our shipping companies’ prices for Sweden. For orders over 20 kg or bulky items such as bathtubs, the final delivery costs will be invoiced separately. Delivery method by agreement. See delivery method when choosing product.

 

Deliveries within the EU

 

Delivery with DHL or postal service. Shipping SEK 200 for items up to 5 kg. Items above 5 kg as per price list based on measurements and weight. The delivery costs and methods for bathtubs and selected other products will be determined by agreement.

 

Deliveries outside the EU

 

The recipient will pay all shipping costs and any taxes, VAT and customs duties.

SidSid will never share your personal details with third parties.

All images, design and text material on the site is copyrighted. It is free to share photos if referred to SidSid.se. However, it is NOT permitted to copy or use the material for commercial use or own sales purposes.

We comply with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We store the following personal information about our customers:

Customers: First name(s), Surname, Company/Organisation, email, personal/corporate identity number, VAT number, Address, Postcode, Town/City, Country, Telephone number.

 

Orders: IP address, email, Personal/Corporate identity number, VAT number, Address, Company, First name(s), Surname, Address, Postcode, Town/City, Telephone number.

 

As our customer, you can request extracts, changes or deletion of this information.

 

SidSid has Data Processing Agreements with all suppliers of logistics, payment and accounting services.

 

Exchanges/returns

 

 

You have the right to cancel or exchange your purchase within 14 days. The product must be unused and in its original condition. SidSid will not reimburse shipping costs for any returns, nor will we refund shipping costs incurred at time of purchase. SidSid does not accept cash on delivery. Refunds will be paid once the product has been successfully returned. Should a return be in poor condition, we may refuse the return/exchange and send it back to you, shipping not included. Please note that if you wish to make a return you will need to contact us first for authorisation.

Exchanges/returns are unavailable for custom orders or sale items. Refund claim

A claim for damages incurred on delivery/shipping must be made within 48 hours and include photographs of the damaged goods and packaging so we are able to submit a claim to the shipping company. If there is visible damage to the goods upon delivery, the driver/delivery person must provide a signature.

 

If the item is faulty you have the right to return it as stated in the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us and we will be happy to help you.

 

As our products are handmade, there may be minor deviations to measurements, patterns or colour, something we expect and accept from handmade products. These characteristics are part of what gives the product its vibrancy – you can see the details created by the person who made your item.

 

NB: We recommend that you wait until you have received the product before enlisting someone to install it. SidSid cannot be held responsible for any delays to delivery or discrepancies for drilling, making holes, openings etc. We will always replace a faulty item, but we will not refund any work or other costs incurred as a result of the fault.

 

Prices

All prices are SEK, including VAT and are accurate on the day the purchase is made. You can also choose your currency at the checkout.
